Introducing our 32mm Width Coding Machine Printer with High Resolution TTO Thermal Transfer Overprinter. This innovative technology allows for printing messages in resolutions up to 203dpi or 300dpi by utilizing a printhead that pushes a ribbon into contact with the substrate.

The printhead consists of miniature print elements under a ceramic coating, while the thermal printer ribbon is coated with a colored wax and/or resin mixture. As the heated elements come into contact with the ribbon, the mixture melts and transfers color to the substrate, creating high-quality prints on fast-moving production lines.

Our Thermal Transfer Overprinting printers can operate in continuous or intermittent printing modes, offering versatility in printing various messages such as pricing, date and time coding, barcodes, QR codes, logos, ingredients lists, and marketing messages.
